Overview
Capabilities
Everything an organizer gets from Tanitar, area by area, with a link to the guide for each.
Each area below is reachable through the dashboard, the player surface or the API. Follow the link in the last column for the guide.
| Area | What you get | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Tenant control plane | Your account, plan and entitlements; API keys with capability scopes; Player-session credentials; webhook endpoints; audit | API keys and scopes |
| Tournaments | Single elimination, double elimination, round robin and Swiss; two-stage compositions; per-round series length (best of 3, 5 or 7); enrollment, waitlist, check-in and free agents; evidence upload and review; results with corrections and revert; standings; placements; automatic medal and prize binding on completion | Tournaments |
| Missions and progression | Authored mission catalogs with a second-key approval step; missions restricted to chosen membership tiers; event ingestion; XP; a level curve you can set (a default applies until you do); streaks | Gamification |
| Leaderboards | Mission-XP leaderboards per day, per week and all-time, for players and for teams | Leaderboards |
| Seasonal progression | Chests as an inventory, with chest types, drop tables, rarity weights and pity thresholds you design; chest grants; battle-pass seasons with tiers and claims, locked once a season is live except for extending its end date | Seasons and chests |
| Rewards ledger | Your own currencies; player wallets; grants with idempotency and terminal rejection; award definitions (badges, medals, trophies, organization badges, and award kinds you define yourself); grants you make directly; an equip surface for players | Rewards |
| Shop | A shop priced in your own currencies: listings that deliver an award, a code from a pool, or a manually fulfilled item; counted, unlimited or code-pool stock; per-player limits; scheduled discounts; one all-or-nothing checkout that never charges twice; manual fulfilment, cancellation and reversal with refund; inbox notifications and webhooks through the order lifecycle | Shop |
| Player rename | A player changes their nickname for a price you set in one of your currencies; the first rename is free | Currencies |
| Prize payouts | Cash prizes paid from your own Stripe Connect account, connected, onboarded and reconciled from the dashboard; Tanitar never holds your funds | Payouts |
| Crypto exchanges | Conversion between your currencies and crypto transfers on test networks, each proven by its on-chain log and settled once | Exchanges |
| On-chain fulfilment and verification | Minting of medals, badges and achievements as NFTs on Ethereum Sepolia, Hedera testnet and Solana; a verification view that compares the deployed code with the expected code and runs a live self-test transaction; the option to register your own test network, contracts and signer instead of Tanitar's | Web3 verification |
| Player API | Public bearer APIs for profile, missions, rewards, awards, exchange, shop and inbox | Player identity |
| Notifications | A durable per-player inbox and an authenticated real-time channel for reward outcomes | Player plane |
| Webhooks | Every exposed event type, HMAC-signed, retried on a fixed ladder, replayable, with secret rotation under a dual-signed window | Webhooks |
| KPI and search | Tenant-scoped KPI summary and trends, and closed-query search across awards and exchanges, for you and for each player | Rewards |
| Membership tiers | Tiers you define (for example free and gold), granted and revoked per player, and consumed by missions and rewards | Membership tiers |
| Dead-letter recovery | Visibility of messages that exhausted their retries in your tenant, and authorized replay | Dead-letter recovery |
On-chain fulfilment and crypto exchanges run on test networks only. Tanitar refuses mainnet chain identities when a service starts, so the boundary is enforced rather than configured.
